Friends and family members receive great dental care – beginning with a New Patient Appointment. Each time you make a orthodontic referral, you and your friends or family will be entered into our quarterly patient drawing. You will be eligible to win some great prizes, including gift cards to your favorite restaurants and much more!

How Does It Work?

  • Refer friends and family.
  • Give them a Share My Smile Card.
  • Tell them when they call to schedule an appointment to mention they were referred by you. Don’t worry if they forget, we ask all new patients who referred them.
